Freeze dryer is a new type of instrument that is widely used at present, and is used in biopharmaceutical fields such as antibody, protein, tissue, and microbial research. The whole system is composed of refrigeration system, vacuum system, heat conduction oil heating system, and moisture removal system. The freeze dryer mainly freezes the water-containing items in advance, and then sublimates the water in a vacuum state to obtain a dry item. The freeze-dried articles are easy to store for a long time, and can be restored to the state before freeze-drying after adding water and maintain the original biochemical characteristics. For heat-sensitive substances such as antibiotics, vaccines, blood products, enzyme hormones and other biological products, freeze-drying technology can show its superiority. Therefore, the daily maintenance of the freeze dryer is a very important task.

The freeze dryer should be installed in a room with an ambient temperature of 2 ~ 38 ℃, well-ventilated surroundings, and clean air; in particular, avoid air containing corrosive components (such as ammonia). When the indoor ventilation section is good, the exhaust equipment must be installed in the machine room.
　　2. The distance between the cold dryer and the air compressor is at least 4 to 5 meters to prevent the vibration of the air compressor from affecting the normal operation of the cold dryer.
　　3. The distance between the gold air inlet of the freeze dryer and the wall is more than 1.5 meters, and the air inlet of the two dryers must not face each other. There should be a certain space around the cold dryer to facilitate repairs and daily maintenance.
　　4. If the cooling water quality of the freeze dryer is poor, a water filter should be installed at the inlet of the cooling water. The temperature of the cooling water is preferably 10 to 32 ° C, and the water pressure should be maintained between 0.15 to 0.35 bar.
　　5. When the dryer is in operation, its own vibration is extremely small, and it is only necessary to make a cement foundation when the foundation is soft, and the foundation needs to choose a flat place. The impact of air compressor vibration from the air line should be avoided. If it is too severe, a high-pressure hose needs to be connected to eliminate the vibration.
　　6. The outlet of the automatic drain should be connected to the drain to avoid polluting the production environment. The height of the drain should not be higher than the drain.
　　7. When the cold dryer is connected to the air source system, it is best to make a bypass pipe between the air inlet and the outlet, with a bypass ball valve in the middle for debugging and maintenance.
