一: purpose
Hydrothermal synthesis reaction kettle is also called (pressure polymerization reaction kettle, digestion tank, high-pressure digestion tank, high-pressure tank, reaction kettle, pressure dissolution bomb, digestion tank, hydrothermal synthesis kettle, experimental reaction kettle).It is a reactor for the synthesis of chemical substances at a certain temperature and pressure.It is widely used in scientific research experiments of new materials, energy, environmental engineering and other fields, and is a commonly used small reactor for scientific research in university teaching, scientific research institutions and chemical laboratories.
二: characteristics
1.Hydrothermal reaction kettle is made of high quality non-magnetic 304 stainless steel.The liner has polyfluoroethylene cover, stainless steel and other double care, acid and alkali resistant.Beautiful appearance, reasonable structure, easy operation, good corrosion resistance and other characteristics, is the university laboratory, environmental monitoring, health and epidemic prevention, quality supervision and other scientific research field sample digestion and treatment ideal products.
2.Tightening the kettle body and lid can play a sealing role, sealing effect long-term stability without leakage.The corresponding working pressure shall not exceed 3MPa and the temperature shall be within 220 degrees.Different heating temperature and heating time can be determined according to the technical indexes of different samples.
3.The hydrothermal synthesis reactor adopts external heating method to reduce the volume and facilitate the operation of multiple reactors at the same reaction temperature (e.g. multiple reactors are heated in the oven).

四:Operating steps
1.Pour the reactant into the teflon bush and ensure the feeding coefficient is less than 0.8.
2.Make sure that the lower gasket of the kettle body is in the correct position (convex facing down), then put in the ptfe bush and upper gasket, tighten the kettle cover first, and then screw the kettle cover to tighten.
3.The hydrothermal synthesis reaction kettle is placed in the heater and heated up to the required reaction temperature according to the specified heating rate.(below the specified safe operating temperature).
4.After confirming that the temperature in the abdomen is lower than the boiling point of the reactants, the lid of the kettle can be opened for subsequent operation.When the reaction is finished, the cooling rate should be strictly followed to ensure the safety and service life of the reactor.
5.The hydrothermal synthesis reaction kettle should be cleaned in time after each use to avoid corrosion.Cauldron body, cauldron cover line sealing place should pay special attention to clean, and strictly prevent the damage to the bump.
