Precautions of vacuum filter in use and maintenance:

1. If a small amount of organic gas is inhaled during the operation of the vacuum filter, in order to prevent the internal components from being corroded by the organic gas condensate, air should be evacuated for at least 0.5-1h to evacuate.

2. Do not pump hot gas. When the temperature of the pump body exceeds 90 ℃, overheating protection will be enabled; it can be used normally after the temperature drops below 60 ℃. If it is necessary to pump high temperature gas for a long time, add a cold trap in front of the vacuum pump to reduce the temperature of the gas drawn into the vacuum pump.

3. Maintain good ventilation to facilitate heat dissipation and prolong life.

4. Care should be taken to pour the liquid in the collection bottle in time. Directly pumping the liquid into the vacuum pump can easily cause damage to the vacuum pump.
