Preparation before using the vacuum filter

Laboratory vacuum filters should be properly prepared before use to avoid unnecessary failures in the use of laboratory vacuum filters.

1. Before use, connect the vacuum pump and the filter bottle accurately, and check whether the connection is leaking, including the connection between the pump tube and the filter pump, and the connection between the pump tube and the matching filter bottle.

2. Whether the knob of the vacuum regulating valve is tightened tightly, and whether the plastic buffer cup and the meter head are tightly tightened, to ensure that there is no air leakage above.

3. Select a suitable power source that meets the requirements of the filter pump.

Laboratory vacuum filter use steps:

1. Turn on the power switch on the filter vacuum pump and use it.

2. Laboratory vacuum filter can adjust the degree of vacuum and suction speed through the vacuum regulating valve in the work.

3. Shut down after work. (During use, if the filtrate is sucked back, do not turn off the machine immediately after use, but unplug the hose connected to the vacuum pump after use, and let the vacuum pump continue to pump air for 0.5-1h.)
