1.Hydrofluoric acid of any concentration and temperature or medium or material containing fluorine ions.

2. Any concentration greater than 30% and temperature greater than 180 C degree phosphoric acid medium or material.

3. Any alkaline medium or material with PH greater than 12 and temperature higher than 80 C.

4. Not applicable to the alternating reaction process of any acid-base material.

5. When the temperature of the glass reactor changes drastically, excessive stress will lead to porcelain explosion and damage the equipment. Therefore, it should be noted that temperature rise or temperature drop should be paid attention to in the process of using the glass reactor.

Matters needing attention

1.The liquid circulation of the whole glass reactor system is closed, and the system is equipped with expansion tank. Expansion tank and liquid circulation are adiabatic.

2. The whole liquid circulation is a closed system, with no water vapor absorption at low temperature and no oil mist generation at high temperature. The heat conducting oil can work at a wide range of temperature.
